As a pioneer in sanitation and sewage management, (TNUSSP) Tamil Nadu Urban Sanitation Support Programme has been key to improving and streamlining public health standards across the state. Meanwhile its digital interface - the TNUSSP website - was in disarray. In addition to showcasing their work, TNUSSP also hoped to build a rich repository of resources on its website.
We began by reimagining the complete UX to cater to and address each stakeholder’s journey. By better understanding each stakeholder of TNUSSP, we developed a website architecture that was seamless, intuitive and eased the access of information relevant to the stakeholders.
Optimised for easy discoverability, we created a repository of resources including images, videos & PDFs. With an intuitive UX, we ensured their work and impact across different regions of their Tamil Nadu was better catalogued for easy discoverability. We recharged their content with SEO for better visibility and used bespoke WordPress to create an unparalleled UX & UI.
